Tuesday at 8pm, running to 9.30pm for the first episode of the series and roughly an hour after that, matching Channel 4's own published schedule. There's no separate Irish start time the way Virgin Media sets its own slots for The Chase; Channel 4 is simply retransmitted as one signal into Irish homes, so whatever the UK guide says for that Tuesday is what's on here too.

Why isn't Bake Off free to watch in Ireland?
Because Channel 4 is a UK public service broadcaster funded by UK advertising, not an Irish one, it has never been added to Saorview, the free digital terrestrial service RTÉ operates here. That's a different situation from The Chase, which Irish viewers get through Virgin Media's own channels rather than a straight ITV1 feed — Channel 4 is carried as itself, just on pay platforms only.
Can you watch Bake Off on All 4 in Ireland?
Channel 4's own help pages list the Republic of Ireland alongside the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man as places where All 4 operates as a normal, signed-in streaming service, unlike ITVX, which is UK-only. That's the service as a whole, though; Channel 4's own FAQ also notes that not every programme clears rights for Irish streaming, and we couldn't confirm one way or the other whether this series of Bake Off is among them.
